Judy Kim
District Rotaract Representative
Judy recently graduated from USC and is currently finishing her M.S in Global Medicine at USC. She has been involved in the Rotary world since high school, where she co-founded and was past president of the Interact Club of Koreatown. Since then, she has been on of District Board 5280 for the past 3 years, was on leadership at USC’s Rotaract Club. She is currently a member of the Rotaract Club of DTLA.
Gabriel Biren
Executive Aide
Gabriel Biren first got involved with Rotaract as an undergraduate at UCLA. After graduating in 2019, he joined Hawthorne/Lennox Rotaract where he serves as the Community Service Chair. He is currently pursing a Master’s in Computer Science, and enjoys reading and watching movies in his spare time.
Kiko Lin
Professional Development Chair
Kiko recently graduated from USC in 2019 and currently working in finance and investment banking. She has been a part of the USC Rotaract club and the LA5 Marketing Team. She participated in Peru Rotary Humanitarian Trip 2019 and enjoys volunteering at the Downtown Women’s Center. Outside of Rotary, she enjoys long distance running, playing tennis, and cooking.
Eugenia Huang
Co-Public Relations Chair
Eugenia Huang is a Development Associate at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield responsible for the planning, financial modeling, design, and entitlement phases for mixed-use development projects across the U.S.
Eugenia received a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. Aside from work, Eugenia is an active member of ULI, and serves on the board of the USC Alumni Real Estate Network. She is passionate about stock-picking, volunteering, and meditating. Originally from Los Gatos, CA, she currently splits her time between the Bay Area and Los Angeles.
Sierra Smith
Co-Public Relations Chair
Sierra graduated from San Diego State University in 2018 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. (Go Aztecs!) She currently works at the Walt Disney Company in the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis group. She was previously involved with Rotaract of SDSU and Salt Lake City Rotaract where she served as the membership chair. She loves to travel and stay active through yoga or hiking.

Alexandra Mazmanian is a recent graduate from UCLA. She is passionate about education and the environment. Alex has been working with Rotaract and Rotary since Early Act. When she is not with Rotaract she loves adventure or getting cozy with a book.
Michelle Wong
Youth Chair
Michelle Wong is a recent UCLA graduate and a current student at LMU’s Graduate school of Education. She spent 4 years at UCLA Rotaract, serving 3 years as Community Service Representative and then as External Vice President. She currently teaches Biology at a high school level and loves spending her free time drawing or painting. She was born and raised in Hong Kong and spent one summer there working with dolphins!
